Our realty division, led by John Davis, brings extensive experience in real estate dispositions, acquisitions, and lease negotiations across North, Central, and South America, having consulted for prominent automotive companies like the Big 3 and tier 1 suppliers. Driven by his passion for helping others, John founded his first real estate company to assist family and friends in metro Detroit. This venture allowed him to refine his personalized services while contributing to Southeastern Michigan’s revival, a mission close to his heart.

On the facility services side, W.D. Davis established a company known for delivering top-tier cleaning solutions tailored to client needs. With a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism, W.D.’s team has served numerous schools in Genesee County and expanded their services to construction sites, apartments, offices, and hospitals.
